Yes, you can send tokens into your Sanji Bots! However, you will NOT be able to see the history of that trade, meaning the PNL, and other stats about the token. But you will be able to manage that token from your Sanji Bot.
Currently, you can't choose to send specific tokens out of Sanji Bot. However, a very easy way to do this is to get your private key (Click wallet, and then show private key), and import your private key into a Phantom wallet, or Xaman wallet (If you're using the XRP bot). You will then be able to easily manage your tokens from there, and send them individually out wherever you want. Right now we only allow SOL withdrawals, not token withdrawals.
Check very carefully if you sent to the correct address.
Have you refreshed your bot using the refresh button, or by doing /start again?
Have you checked if the place you withdrew/sent them from is still pending/confirming your withdraw?
Check if you are using a real official bot, and not an impersonation scam bot!

Slippage is how much you are willing to let the price of the token you are buying SLIP, upon your entry. For example, 10%, means you are willing to get a WORSE entry up to 10%.
We recommend looking at the asset you are buying on DEXScreener, and depending on if it has HIGH LIQUIDITY/VOLUME or LOW LIQUIDITY/VOLUME, you should set your slippage based on that.
Ultimately, slippage is up to your own personal trading style.
Tips:
High volatility could require higher slippage.
Lower volatility & more liquidity, you could tighten your slippage.
What does it do?
MEV protection makes sure that your transaction is protected from MEV Bots. Your transaction will be private and protected from attacks. If you want better entries, and to be protected from frontrunning you need this ENABLED.
How to enable it?
Click "Settings", and click "MEV Protected" enabled. You can tell it's enabled by the green checkmark.
Does it cost anything?
Yes, MEV protection will cost an extra $0.20 - $0.25 per trade. In our opinion, this cost is NOTHING to protect your transactions compared to what you can lose to MEV Bots. We make $0 from these extra fees.
Sanji Bot has a referral / affiliate program that gives 30% of all trading fees your users generate. You can click the Referral button inside your bot to get your own custom link. Send this link to friends and promote it on socials to earn from people trading under your link.
Yes, you need to download Telegram (free) for your computer or phone.
Yes, we use the highest form of security possible. Ultimately YOU are responsible for keeping your private key safe! Never show it to anyone, never connect wallet to anything!
Currently, Sanji Bot DOES NOT support importing wallets. The reason for this is because it could cause too much confusion. We do allow EXPORTING your Sanji Bot private key and importing it into Phantom or whichever hot wallet you use!
You can export your wallet into any other Solana, ETH, or BASE wallet, by clicking the "Wallet" button, and then clicking "Show Secret Key", tap to copy the key, and import into Phantom or wherever you want!
Snipers spam HUNDREDS of transactions and CANNOT BE COPIED.
Snipers sometimes use highly custom, very expensive programs that CANNOT BE COPIED.
If you find a sniper, you are going to be their exit liquidity.
Sanji Bot ONLY blacklists wallets that would DRAIN YOUR WALLET if you copied them.
These wallets are blacklisted because they are spamming hundreds of transactions, and all of your SOL would be drained instantly.
Have you checked if you have enough money to pay fees?
Have you checked if you have enough $SOL or $ETH to even complete your buy transaction?
Have you checked your sell settings and fully understand what they mean?
Have you checked the "My Tokens" button after clicking "Positions"?
Have you copied your wallet address, and put it in solscan.com, or etherscan.com, to check the actual blockchain?
Have you checked the token on DEXScreener, to see if it rugged or is a scam (use rugcheck.xyz)?
The #1 cause for transactions failing is NOT having enough fees! Load up your Sanji Bot with more crypto!

No! Do not send stablecoins. We trade with native tokens only, depending on what blockchain you've selected. If you sent stablecoins, please export your private key into a wallet like Phantom, or Metamask, and you can see your stablecoins and send them out.
We migrated all EVM chains over to , please go there and run start to find your tokens! They never left, they've always been under that same private key.
